Return & Refund Policy
Returns Accepted
Yes — returns are accepted under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of installation or delivery (whichever occurs first).
Condition of Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The water heater must have been purchased directly from Galico Home Comfort Inc.
- The unit must have been installed by Galico Home Comfort Inc.
- The product must be in safe, serviceable condition.
- The product must not be altered, misused, relocated, or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products installed by a third party
- Products that have been modified or tampered with
- Damage caused by freezing, flooding, electrical issues, gas supply issues, improper venting, or misuse
- Custom-order or special-order equipment, unless defective
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Refund Timing
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after equipment removal and inspection.
Refund Amount
- Refunds apply to the equipment purchase price only.
- Installation, permits, disposal, diagnostic fees, and labor are non-refundable.
- Any promotional incentives (rebates, gifts, vacations, discounts) may be voided or deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping / Removal
- No shipping is required. Equipment removal is performed by Galico Home Comfort Inc.
- The customer must provide reasonable access for equipment removal.
- Removal is scheduled at our earliest reasonable availability.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are not offered.
- Defective products are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.
